PLAYOFF SPARE RULES
Please check out the Playoff Page above for all playoff information.
ALL SPARES MUST HAVE A VALID GOLF CANADA HANDICAP.
Any player being used as a spare must have an established and current handicap through the Golf Canada Handicap System. No exceptions.
Please use a player from the Registered Spares List whenever possible. Your second option is to use a player from a Men's League team that has already been eliminated from playoffs.
DO NOT bring out a spare who does not have a valid Golf Canada handicap. Players without an established Golf Canada handicap will not be eligible to spare during playoffs.
It is each team's responsibility to make sure their spare is eligible and has a valid handicap before the match begins. Please do not put the opposing team in a difficult position because your regular partner is unavailable.
These rules are in place to keep playoff matches fair and consistent for everyone.
