​The first 32 PAID teams are automatically in before the waiting list kicks in. 

Once the waiting list hits 8 PAID teams, another flight is automatically added to the event. 

Any team left on the waiting list will receive a full refund the day after the tournament.

We are preparing for up to 48 teams.

Payment is non-refundable.

For registration, please be prepared with the following information...

• Player Names
• How you want your Team Name to Show
• Each Player's Shirt Size
• Each player's email
• Each player's cell phone

.Your registration in placed on the list based on the exact date & time we receive it by either Online, Email, or In Person (at Aspen Insurance).

Option (1) - Online form, etransfer payment within 72 hours

Option (2) - Print PDF, Pay in person at Aspen Insurance. Form can be emailed in to hold spot for 72 hours.
