Reminder:  You must pay within 48 hours of registration to maintain your spot.

Waiting List Info:

We have made arrangements to go up to a max of 64 teams.  The waiting list kicks in once we hit that mark.

Reasons why you can quickly move up/in from the waiting list:
(Every year 2 or 3 of these seem to happen)

• Cancellations due to health or conflicting family events.
• Addition of another flight or partial flight.
• Sponsor not fielding a team - often in the last 2 weeks.

Any teams on the waiting list will receive a full refund if they do not make it in.  

Refunds are not provided to teams who cancel unless we can fill their spot from the waiting list.
